Tim ble fire år torsdag 15. oktober. Han hadde gledet seg til dette i månedsvis allerede og det ble litt av en happening med fest både for barn og voksne. Og høydepunktet: Selv Nordberg kirke hadde skjønt at gutten fortjente en gave og gav ham barnas kikrebok på gudstjenesten denne dagen. Hvis noen var i tvil: Dette var årets største dag, tett fulgt av julaften!

John Templeton Award 2009 

Autopsia received the John Templeton Award for Theological Promise 2009. The award winners were honored at Heidelberg University on May 22. Marius visited Heidelberg for a beautiful prize ceremony in the Old Aula and a highly interesting seminar with all the prize winners and some of the evaluators from four different continents. With colleagues from Oxford, Tübingen, Cambridge, Princeton and Bangalore he discussed questions from the fields of literature, ethics, philosophy, and theology.

The Templeton Award is the result of a cooperation between FIIT Heidelberg, under direction of prof. Michael Welker, and the John Templeton Foundation. The award winners receive 10 000 US dollars each in addition to 10 000 dollars as a stipend for lectures they are invited to hold at universities, colleges, etc. Invitations are still welcome!
